Jesse James

1966 was s busy year for Aurora with some re-issues/re-based figures that included Dartagnan and the Gladiators. Among these also was the U.S. Marshall kit from 1958. It reappeared as Jesse James with a new terrain base (the original was a circular base with a large Sheriff's badge which the figure stood over).

Other changes were the omitted badge on the figures chest as well as a different hat atop the figure.

This kit was a restoration with only 1 resin piece, a tiny bit of shrub that sits within the larger one. I was surprised how much detail was in this kit and so it took awhile to finish, I may even do some more touch-ups in the future.
